Hi,
I need to have $18 U.S shipping for the U.S. And $10.00 U.S. for Canada. Can this be done?

Hi Randy

Yes this can be done, by having different classes for US and Canada in "View | Business Settings | Shipping and Handling". For each country you can define its own shipping charges.
