Credit card number missing

The credit card number is missing from the order when downloaded in Order Manager.
The message "An attempt was made to access and order past its end" also comes up
The site is using shared ssl from actinic.

What can i do to fix this.

Make sure that you are not in test/trial mode as selected in the Actinic Shared SSL settings.

Barring that, you would need to speak to Actinic Tech Support direct I would suggest on a specific issue with your usage of that service with them.
