Export import problem

Hi there

we're working on sorting someones products into an Actinic friendly form from another piece of shopping software.

We have managed to get all of the products into our version of developer (V7.0.2) and now when we export them (not snapshot) our client can't import them due the error

"Line 5, the record "PriceSchedule" is not supported by this version of Actinic"

She's using Actinic Catalogue V7.0.2

Can this be overcome and how?

Hi Garry

Its sounds like she has Catalog and you have Developer. You are exporting an hierarchical import file which contains Price Schedules, which she cannot import (As Catalog does not support different price schedules, only business and developer). You could see if your developer site has got a price schedule setup like Trade, and remove this, then export the file again.
