Import Error

Dear Community

I've imported some of my clients products - my error log threw up a couple problems that don't look to serious - missing images and a query over what I guess are product duplicates having the same reference. Otherwise I was pleased.

When I uploaded however and tried to order one of the imported products I get script error informing me that the product has just been deleted from catalog and that if I return to page and refresh it will disappear (which of course it doesn't).

A dummy product which I loaded previously (i guess existing products don't get overwritten?) order ok - anybody got 5 mins to take a look or had the same experience.....thanks

Hi Peter

Ive been looking at the snapshot you sent into me, and one thing I did that seemed to get it working was going to Help|Troubleshooting|Website purge and refresh.

Check both boxes, 'Delete perl files and restore from original folder' and 'Delete .cat and .fil files'.

Then click Delete and refresh.

Let me know how that goes for you.

I've tried several times but I've not enjoyed the same luck as you.
Beats me as to what could be causing this.
