    Unable to download orders

    I have this evening upgraded from V7.01 to V7.02

    Although the website is working I am unable to download orders , I have tried refreshing and still receive the same errors.

    The error is "Server version 7EGSA Client version 7ELCA"

    Any ideas how to solve this or how to remove the upgrade so that I am back on V7.01?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Looks like a known bug in the 7.01 to 7.02 upgrade. You need to copy all .pm and .pl files from C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Original into your Site1 folder (back-up all of Site1 first just in case). Then do an Update.

    If that doesn't fix things you'll need to do a refresh.

      Many thanks for the advice Norman, although unfortunately I didn’t get to implement your suggestion.

      I carried out a rollback which resulted in Actinic not working at all so I reinstalled V7.01.

      I think I will await the next update.
