Search engine optimisation

Hi,
I am in the process of building a new site in Actinic V7, can the forum members suggest any tips regarding using 'Page Titles' and 'meta tags' & 'Meta discriptions' to enhance the sites search engine potential. Any other pieces of wisdom regarding making the site more appealing to the search engines would be welcome.
Please don't be too technical, I have used Actinic for a couple of years, but I am not a techie in any way shape or form

this subject has been covered quite extensively - it is worth doing a search under the forum and there is a current thread under v6 covering the subject
