CSS Problem (I think)

Hey all,

not been on here for a while and searched for this problem but couldn't find answers so i'm asking

On THIS page when there is something in the cart, I can't find the CSS in the css file or in Actinics theme thing to change the 009999 to 990000 ???

I've looked all over, does anybody know where I might find it?

p.s. the site is undergoing development so plz don't be picky about the layout tables and cells problem that's being fixed.

Okies.... I think i just hacked it too much, i fixed it by setting one of the standard css themes, refreshing then setting it back and it worked?!?
