Hi there

I am a newbie to Actinic. I am populating my shop and I have some personalised items.

How do I create a drop down that is entitle Type your message and then a free text box for the customer to type their personalised message.

On the product you need to go to the Layout tab and put in an "Other info" question

what if you need two drop downs for personalisation?

One for the name and another for a number?

Actinic only supports one Text entry field per product. You could ask the customer to type the number and then the message into the same line.

If that's not useful, I've written an extension that allows for a large number of user input fields to be captured. See www.drillpine.biz/actinicstuff and look for Multi Other Info Prompts.
