Hide products with no image

HI - I have imported a database of products from an EPOS system of 5000 products, but I only images for a couple of hundred. Until I have all of the images I need, I would like to hide products that do not have an image initially, although still have them seachable in the store. I'd also like a button to "show all products" which would turn-on products without images.

Is this possible?

I don't think that you can do this however you can specify a default image to be shown on products that don't have an image on design options, show defaults.

Actually maybe you could do this by writing HTML to look at the image name, if the image name is the default one, you could set a global settings and either show it or hide it depending on the settings, the show all images button would then set the value of the global setting.

Don't ask me how to write the HTML though because I haven't got a clue :-)
