Printing Outstanding Packing Lists

Hello
When chossing 'Print Outstanding Packing Lists' from the 'Reports' menu, Actinic sometimes doesn't generate the print spool file, but marks the orders' packing lists as 'printed'. Oddly, this only seems to happen with one of the two sites I'm running. Any ideas as to why this may be happening?

Hi there

For the site which have a problem, please try the following:

1) Go to 'Start | Run' and select enter 'regedit'.

2) In the folders at the left-hand side, browse to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Actinic\Catalog7\Sites\<Sitename>

3) Delete the folder called 'Printer Settings' you can see there.

4) Now try and print from Actinic

<Sitename> being the site which has the issue.
