Invoice Report

I'm having a problem with the Actinic invoice report. It's not printing out the address line 4 on either the invoice address or the delivery address on the hard copy which goes with the shipped goods. It also doesn't print out the company name, which has to be put on line 1 of the address to print on the invoice.

Could you tell me how to add address line 4 and the Company name to the invoice and remove the email address which is not required.

Just done a test on my version 7 and both packing list and invoice seem okay. If you create an offline order, do you see the Company name and address line 4 here?

Please could you advise on this
