old site pages appear in my site 1 folder

Dear Community

I regularly find 'old' site pages in my Site 1 Folder - with the result that they get uploaded to the server after my updated pages and my changes don't appear. I have to go through and manually delete them before an upload.

Because I know this is happening I am taking extra care not to drag them their by mistake - I think actinic must be putting them there. Has anybody had the same problem? Is there anything I can do to stop this happening?

I have had the same problem when old pages are in the site1 folder still and the new pages are in the preview and site html folders. delete the old pages them from site 1 and regenerate the site locally and see what happens.

(do a back up first).
