Update error message

Some of our customers are getting the following message when they attempt to checkout:

"The site comfiguration has been updated by the shop operator while you are checking out."

(This was from a customer email complaint so it may not be the exact message.)

We updated our site on Firday, but this customer was purchasing on Sunday.

We think it may be to do with the digital download feature.

Overall our sales are down by 50%, so any ideas really appreciated.

The best thing to do would be to refresh your site, so that all files and especially scripts are all singing from the same song sheet.

It may be a simple case of a file has got corrupted in transit or something, which is throwing things out.

There is also a known problem with some sites using 6.0.2 where they get this error.

It has been addressed in 6.1.0 - which is on beta at the moment and due out in a few days.
