Seperate Order Confirmation Emails

Is is possible to have a different email confirmation sent for differnet payment types?
Eg When paying by cheque can it say please send you cheque to...
But for CC it would say thank you for your order by ccc...

Hi Andy

I'm afraid it will only use the one template for all payment method. You cannot change this, as it using the one template order confirmation template only.

I will add this on the wishlist for you.
