Digital Download Problem

Hi there,

The site at www.treasuretrails.co.uk/acatalog/shop.html has been working well now for the last month after the tests all came back positive but I am now having a new problem in that if someone asks for 2 or more items when they are sent back from HSBC to the reciept page, there is no download link available to them. Is this a common fault or is there a way around the problem?. Any help please would be a bonus.

Hi Steve

I have not heard of this issue with HSBC. Just out of interest, are you getting the callback from them saying the payment is authorised, if you are not, then this could be the reason.
