Free Shipping over £x to UK only?

Hi, I have simple fixed shipping for all orders, and free shipping if the order is over a certain £value.

I want to carry on this policy for UK destinations, but I want to be able to charge non-UK customers for shipping regardless of £Value.

I think I could use a variation of the "heavy" item with a £0 price tag...

...but I'd rather the whole thing was done automatically.

Any pointers greatly appreciated.

Yes it exactly the same work around. So what Tracey has written in the v7 post, you can do in v6.
