    Site Snapshot Crashes

    Hi All

My Site Snapshot now freezes and crashes during the actual backup stage (following selecting a file to save to and selecting next). The folder images fly across the progress bar a few times as if to say some of the backup has occured - but when I look at the output file it is empty.

I have raised a support ticket for this - but I was wondering if anyone had any tips to assist me in finding the core problem myself.

Also - can anyone confirm a short-term workaround which will allow me to fully back-up my site. I have searched the forum and seen some postings that suggest I simply have to copy the Site1 folder. Is this correct? If I copy this and then direct Actinic at the folder - will I be able to run it fully?

Timing of this problem is great becuase I had just finally drummed up enough courage to upgrade to V7.0.3 - and now I cant back-up prior to this!

    Many thanks for any help.

    re-backup:

You also have to copy the security keys into a text file and keep it somewhere safe. Without these you won't be able to download any orders.

Stay with 7.0.1 for a while longer....let others find out the bugs in 7.0.3 before upgrading.

A known bug : Export Snapshot fails if you have a 'fragment' selected when you launch it!

Simply select a product or section and it should work.

Just tried again and it has worked. Not sure if I had fragments selected or not but I guess I must of. Thanks!
