Purge PSP Pending

In a particular busy period I inadvertently despatched goods that had not been paid for.

I now notice that the system has purged all the psp pending orders that are in excess of 30 days old.

Two questions?

How easy is it to retrive these (they are sitting in previous.mdb)?

How can I change the purge to say 180 days?

Hi there

You cannot retrieve these unless you temporary rename your ActinicCatalog.mdb to another name, and rename previous.mdb to ActinicCatalog.mdb, then open the software up. Actinic will then use the older database and you can see the psp information.

How can I change the purge to say 180 days?

By going into "View | Business Settings | Payment and Security", toward the bottom you will have "Expiry Period" and it should be set to 35 days. Change this to read "180" instead
