Choice Dependant Choices?

Is this possible?

ie this is what i am trying to do.

choice 1 Vehicle make.
Alfa Romeo
Audi
BMW
Citroen
Daewoo
etc

if you select Alfa Romeo

then you can select from choice 2 Vehicle Model.

Then stereo manufacturer etc

Have you tried having

>section : stereo makers
>section : car make
>> subsection : models
>> product duplicates of stereo makers into subsection

you could then use a drop down menu CAR MAKE to link to the CAR MAKE section - then use a drop down to link to the CAR MODEL section which is page containing the stereos pertinent to that model
