    Returning to site after purchase

Is it possible to change the return location within a site for customers after they have completed the purchase and clicked on 'Done'. Currently customers are returning to acatalog/index but we use our brochure page as the site index.

I seem to think I have seen a thread about this but cannot find anything on search

    Regards
    Brian

There's a setting in Design Options for 'Completed and Aborted Checkout' - put the link of the page you want in there.
http://www.johnsons-seeds.com - Actinic plugins, remote add to cart and custom CMS
http://www.dtbrownseeds.co.uk - More seeds and plants....
http://www.mr-fothergills.co.uk - Well it used to be Actinic...

Can anyone else provide guidence on this matter.

The site is currently working but customers are returning to www.chancellor.co.uk/acatalog/index rather than www.chancellor.co.uk

Daves suggestion unfortunately did not work, not sure why seemed sensible but gave blank page with error on screen message.

              regards
              Brian

                Hi there

What URL have you got in 'URL for completed and aborted checkouts'?

Try chaging it to be http://www.chancellor.co.uk/index.html which will take you to your homepage, then upload your site again.

                  Hi James

I have tried this but get an error message - "Page cannot be displayed" in the browser window. I have removed this url for the moment as its better toi return to the wrong place rather than none.

I can re-instate if you want to view yourself.

                  Regards
                  Brian

When I clicked the done button I was taken to http://www.chancellor.co.uk/index.html, is that what you wanted?
