Order information missing

Hello,

I have a site that is now live with Secure Trading.

On the credit card information page it does not have anything in the Item name/description so I get an email for an order but i have no idea what it is... all my products have a name, short description and many have an extended desription.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i think this is the only thing stopping me going 'fully' live.

Hi Ian,

I also use Secure Trading and the information you are looking for is not uploaded to their site.

If you download orders in Actinic, it will give all the information you require with the exception of the credit card details which are with Secure Trading.
