    Hi Karenn,

You could use the "Links" tab.

Copy your PDF to your sites folder. Then in Actinic select the product, then click on the links tab. Type in the information link text (<more info> or something like that). Then browse to the PDF file. Update your site and that's it.

Does the above work from the brochure pages? I added the link with the full URL: http://www.silverwood2005.com/acatal...ood_packet.pdf, added the pdf file to the site folder, added it to additional files and it uploaded.

However, when I click on the link, it gives me a 404 message.

Thanks in advance for any help.

          Hi there

It possible it could be permission issue. Have you tried to change the permission of the pdf file to 777?

          Kind Regards

That sounds like one would have to know what they were doing. Tell me how and I'll give it a whack.

This is going to sound very bizarre, but when I click on you link above, it doesn't work, but when I click on the link on http://www.silverwood2005.com/acatalog/More_Info.html I get the file no problem.

Its a typo in the original - you did not capitalise the "p" in Packet which is the actual URL from the website

                Silverwood_Packet.pdf not Silverwood_packet.pdf

It got working last night with some help from the host. I didn't know that file names were case sensitive.

Thanks to all for your assistance.
