use Digital Download folder on another Server

Hello.

anybody tryed to put the digital download folder on another server? Only this folder. I want to put all the DD data on a separate server on another (cheaper) location, but I dont know how to make it work.

I dont think this is possible as Actinic creates an encryted link to the download.

This can only be done if there is file system level access between the two servers.
