Link direct to product

Hi folks,

Having trouble linking direct to products in http://www.herbsscotland.co.uk
where in systems if body | immune | Defense maintance I get File Not found - Pretty sure syntax is correct and product ref 66 definately exists..

The link i use is:

Is there anything else I need to do, i.e any javascript or such I need to include?
