Hi,

I am just testing my site (not live yet). I need a

- A print out with the credit card number (as I use a pdq machine)
- A print out of the invoice (for the customer)
- A print out of the delivery note

How do I print these three documents at once for one order. Is it possible?

You cant print this just view it on screen

View the details of the order then choose Print Invoice


- A print out of the delivery note

As above but print Packing List

Simple, go to view/business settings/order processing and check the 'enable data reports' box.
On your order processing page go to the 'reprint packing list' button at the bottom of the page and select 'data entry report' from the drop down list, and print it out, all the info you need to process the order is on it.

yes there is...!!!


reports...report selection... order processing.... "Outstanding Credit Card Schedule"

that prints the card details for all new/unpaid orders.

But Mole-End's system might be "quicker" to automate your system...

Actinic can be a little tedious to process orders in...

We have an automated processing system called One Stop Automation that will download orders for you, and then it can print off the reports that you need automatically, it is not usual to need to print the packing list, the data entry report and the invoice though, the data entry report is a combination of both the invoice and the packing list and so can be used to replace one or both of them. The automated processor can also autoship orders, tidy up badly typed addresses and email reports to a third party. You can save a lot of time by using this product, because you basically end up with the documentation ready for processing but don't have to go into actinic to ship things and print things.
