A client has 7.02 - I've upgrade their site to 7.03 and I still have the same problem - here's what's happening...
a buyer orders 1 line - pays with authorize.net
the seller talks to the buyer and up-sells a couple of small extra items
the seller manually adjusts these items onto the order - which increases the total order by a few dollars and the number of items by 2.
it transpires that one of these two items can not be found or supplied - so seller marks it as cancelled and processes the difference via authorize.net terminal - then applies a payment for the outstanding amount into Actinic (adds a new payment).
Now... the total order is $113.
The two payments (the original automatic and the second manual payment) - they total $113
The Actinic order is showing "Partial Payment Received"
If I go into Actinic and open order Progress and payments - I see an outstanding balance of $78 - and if I click new payment, it pre-fills a payment of $78 - but have two payments totalling my full amount...
There seems to be no other way to "complete" this order, but to add another (erroneous) payment of $78...
Ideas? I have the snapshot to view...
