    CVV Number Missing

    One of my sites has a problem.

    We have actinic shared ssl.

    A customer enters the CVV number into the form on the secure page as well as the credit card number etc, but the CVV number does not come through in Order Manager. No errors are reported.

    Just to add complication.

    I put an order through the website and downloaded it through developer and it shows the CVV number.

    So the problem must be with Order Manager somehow.

      Hi there

      You could check the payment details in "View | Business Settings | Payment and Security". Click on "Configure Method" and see if its set the same as your one

      Otherwise you could try exporting a snapshot of the site, when you pass it onto the client, get them to import it, when selecting the snapshot you can an option to "Overwrite All Orders in target installation". Make sure this is not ticked, (Otherwise all his orders will be history).
