Payments do not go to completed section

hello,

Please help... my shop seems to accept paypal and secure trading. the paypal orders seem to go to the pending tab but they never go to the completed tab...
is there something im supposed to do?

Also i have got 2 orders via secure trading (test orders from me) but they are not showing up in actnic, i have to go to the secure trading page to see what orders are going through.
Am i missing some code, or do i have to add something somewhere?

all in all, how do i get information from my site (and secure trading) to go into actnic.

any help is greatly appreciated...

Hi Ian

For Secure Trading i would check "Pending Server Provider" tab in the "Order". Both are a similar issue, with regards to Callback. Are you running Secure Trading in "Test Mode"?
