SnapShot or Site1 copy?

Hi All........

Could someone tell if taking a snapshot of a site is the same as copying the site1 folder?

Our site won't let us take a snapshot and reports a fatal error.
So i was thinking of just copying the site1 folder.

Is this the same?

Copying Site 1 should be fine

Once you have copied the Site 1 folder try compacting the database. Re-start Actinic and try the snapshot routine again - this often works when mine refuse to backup.
