duplicating extended info

Looking at past posts, it would appear I'm trying to do something that used to be a "bug". I want to reference a single extended info page from several places - ie the extended info is the same, whichever sub-section a product is in. This would ensure updating of the info is reflected throughout the site and doesn't need to be cut and pasted to each occurence of a product. (Basic rule of databases - only hold info ONCE!) I can't upload the site because the info pages are duplicate names...
Any ideas?

You'd have abandon the Actinic Extended Info on these extra products and hand-code the link to the common popup instead.

E.g. In the additional products description:-

Thanks Norman. Did what you suggested - looks fine (will see if I can hide the link under the pic, but one step at a time!). I've now got to go back and re-import the old .csv file before I can get the site to publish and see if it works OK
