    Different shipping costs

We sell small items to UK the EU and USA. We have a fixed flat postage rate for EU and UK customers and a different fixed and flat rate or USA which is a more espensive as we use FEDEX rather than mail. Is there a way to automatically add the different postage rates when the order is placed. If not can any one advise on a work around

    HI Chris,

If I am understanding you correctly you want to use a flat rate for UK, EU, and US, only the US is a different flat rate. If that is a correct evaluation of what you are looking for, then you would need to set up shipping bands for UK and EU and set the shipping to 0.00 value, and your flat rate for UK and EU, then set up another band for US, and do the same thing there 0.00 for value, and the flat rate for US.

I have attached a screen shot of the way my clients site is set up, for you to gander over. You will have to set the store to shipping by value instead of flat rate.

You will notice on the two different screen shots that I am charging one flat rate for the US and Puerto Rico, and a different flat rate for Canada.

If you have any problems you can email me at "rickt@arassoc.com"

Set up for US and Puerto Rico

    Set up for Canada

    Hope this helps you...
