    7.02 > 7.03 problem

We have the development site and download/orders on two separate computers. I upgraded the development PC from 7.02 > 7.03, then added a few new items, and made a snapshot. I then upgraded the download/orders PC and imported the snapshot. Now, when we download orders we get the message shown in the attachment. By clicking 'Continue' the orders appear to be OK.

    Have I missed something?

I should have stated that in my original post, after the upgrade on the development PC I did the upload then closed the site until I upgraded the download PC.

Have you tried a complete web refresh? I had the same issue on upgrading and full refresh sorted it for me.

Yes, did that at the beginning. The sites on both PC's are identical but the download PC still gets the warning.

          Actinic, any ideas please?

            Hi there Bob,

Sorry the attached picture is corrupted so i can't see what the error message is? You could try on the upload machine the following:
Go to "Help | Troubleshooting | Wed Site Purge and Refresh". Tick "Delete .cat and .fil" and click on the button "Delete and Refresh".

Once this is done, do a test order on the site and try to download it.

            Kind Regards
