VAT and international orders

Hi im Steve Of SIT and SMILE Limited, im new to the forum so i hope you can help me my site has been running since october 2004 business has been slow only get decent listings on google via add words so would appreciate any advice on how to get better listings from my site is froogle any good ??

also how do i automatically remove VAT for non EU sales i.e. uinited states ??

This can be done in Business Settings|Tax|
Here you can choose to apply tax universally, by invoice address or delivery address and choose the countries or regions the tax is applied to.
