Hanging on Final Checkout phase

I would appear to have a major problem with taking a credit card transaction. When I enter a credit card no and press finish - the applet says encrypting but just sits there doing nothing. What can I do to fix this!?

Tried a couple of orders and the java applet said it was having issues sending the information and threw out an error message.

Would try a Web | Refresh, but first of all login via FTP and delete the cgi-bin file cgi/pl/pm to see if old info is being retained and causing this problem.

tried to do web site refresh and still no jo - what else can I possibly do?

Hi there

If you ftp to your site into your /acatalog/ folder, do you have an error.err log here. If so, open it and see the last entries, if you click on the far right hand side, does it give out mail error? Is possible, Actinic cannot communicate with the mail server. Hence the freezing effect.
