    Tracey,

A quick suggestion for the problem with the pram images on your site. Could you copy the image names from pvnavypram.jpg to

    pvnavypram1.jpg for the first
    pvnavypram2.jpg for the second
    pvnavypram3.jpg for the third etc

and re-try with Norton on. I can't see why Norton Security would have a problem with the name pvnavypram.jpg but it could think something was odd with the same image name repeating on one page and may be 'helping' by stripping out what it sees as duplicates.

Steve - Are you also using Norton Security?

      Tracey/Steve,

A bit of related information from Symantecs (Nortons) Support Site:

Creating a rule to override Ad Blocking in Norton Internet Security or Norton AntiSpam

      Situation:
You cannot see a specific Web page or some parts of a Web page when Ad Blocking is enabled in Norton Internet Security or Norton AntiSpam. You want to correct this problem without disabling Ad Blocking entirely.

      Solution:
The easiest way permit your Internet browser to display the Web page or the missing parts of the Web page with Norton Internet Security is to use the Web assistant to automatically create Ad Blocking rules. However, these steps can be used only if Norton Internet Security was installed as a product suite. If you installed Norton AntiSpam as a stand-alone product, then you must continue Ad Blocking manually.

Click the icon to the left of the heading to expand ( ) or collapse ( ) that section, and follow the instructions. If you cannot expand a section, then read the document Cannot expand sections in a Symantec Knowledge Base document. ...

OK, I've done that re-naming pram1,2,3 thing to no effect.
        It didn't help.
In answer to your questions though, yes, all images become visible with Norton Security switched off. So I'm safe in assuming that NIS is the cause, at least!
I'm very reluctant to turn off ad blocking, tbh, as I really don't want to be inundated with ads!
Interesting thought about the "banner" title though. Could also explain why my banners don't display to me on some of my web pages (they are probably saved with banner somewhere in the name to make them easier to locate!)
They do show up with Norton Security disabled though.
The whole issue isn't so much a problem for me myself, I'm more concerned that potential customers running Norton IS also aren't seeing these images!
And there's not much I can do to change their settings (I don't think asking them to turn NIS off when entering the store is a particularly confidence-inspiring move )
Thanks for your help though, I am just baffled as to what Norton has against this particular pram (I think its the only one in the store with that problem now. There were others on my other website but they are now sold)
        Tracey (waffling now!)
