Load Page i hate it can any one help

i have a white load page that i hate a few keywords and the phrase at the top, the lowerdown "detecting plug ins please wait" , i hate this page as it always takes longer then 3 seconds to load and when picked up by search engines it says

www,sitandsmile.com
"detecting pluggins please wait "

this will not help in my rankings, as says nothing about my site

My web designer says it is hard to get around as i want my home page to be indexed not this page, my webmaster has suggested domain mapping but now thinks this is not the best option. is their any way of getting rid of this load page and going directly to my home page for listings and search results.

i use Version 7 of actinics please help as i have a large marketing campain kicking of soon and i want all first time visitors to go direct to my homepage when they type my URL into their browsers.

Two options.

1. make your actinic homepage the domain home page.

or

2. create a .htaccess file and do a 301 redirect from the domain default to your acatlog folder.

The first option is probably the easiest and the instructions on how to do this should be in the user manual or help file somewhere.
