checkout button refreshing to existing page

Dear All

My checkout now button is simply refreshing to the page I am already on rather than pushing me through to checkout.


Can anybody help?

I have just been on your site, and can go into the 2nd stage of the checkout. I had ordered "JS18 Superlawn" and just placed a test order - NR539110000712

I find this happens when you have custom buttons but have not changed all the files correctly

Just to wrap this one up - tracey in support found the solution - Actinic 5 seems to rely on the '!' after the 'Start' (removed in later versions), ie the checkout button code should be .../os000001.pl?ACTION=Start!

whereas I had just

/os000001.pl?ACTION=Start
