Upgrade to V7 & Sage Link

Hi,

This has probably been asked before, but if we upgrade our Actinic V6 (Business) to V7, is the Actinic link included in the upgrade? Or will I also need to purchase the Actinic Link to link our Actinic and Sage?

Link comes as standard with V7, Though not sure about Catalogue
