People leaving too soon..

My websites stats have been growing gradually over the last year, we are not reaching a steady ammount of traffic of around 40-50 people a day. However, the page views that i am seeing are around 80-90, suggesting most people leave very quickly. If any web designers could take a look at my site and tell me why apparently it is so unenticing i would be very grateful.

Why not publish a telephone number at least then people could call you for info advice.

A few broken links etc on the home page does not help.
