uploading DD Downlaod files

I am trying to check out the DD options (using 2 pdf files) but keep getting FTP errors when uploading to the test area, I have tried passive and non passive modes but still the same

The error is

200- Switching to Binary mode
227 - Entering passive mode (212,78,65,81,199,169)
553 Could not create file

I have tried with a read-only pdf as well but still the same problem

Anyone shed any light or ideas?

Have you tried changing the transfer mode of your ftp client to Auto?

Hi Andy

This is within Actinic - refresh/upload site. I have no problems uploading files using an external FTP. But my concern is if I use an external FTP to load this files will Actinic see them correctly?

Hi Brian,

One thing to check, is the DD folder. Check to see if you have the correct permission set for the "DD" folder on your website. The permission should be the same as the /acatalog/ folder.
