No additonal vat in Cart

That site looks like they've disabled VAT completely. Fine if you're not VAT registered; but in line for a ticking off from the Excise if they are.

Well i don't want to go that route.. In other words its not really possible??

Rounding off on Prices

Is there a way to round off the prices on my store, as now some of them are 14.99 and others are 19.00, i know it has to do with my VAT settings, the way i round that off. The problem being, if i change the settings to have the one rounded off correctly, the other is out. I can never get it on the button. Either 14.99 or 15.01

The client is not happy, yawn..
