Hello,

does anyone know how i can prevent the search engine from making 'hits' with duplications of the same product?

for instance: Some books appear in 7 different categories, and the search engine will return it 7 times if it contains the 'searched for' word.

It means that valid responses are pushed off the front page by all these duplications

Hi

In View - Search Settings

uncheck "Index Product Duplicates"

Only the original product will appear in search results.
