Trouble selecting printer

We had an incorrectly installed printer on our network, and while trying to select by mistake we have somehow 'locked ' our packing list printing onto this non existent printer. Even if we change the main printer set up it won't re set, we cannot click on 'printer setup' while trying to print packing lists, ditto reprint packing lists. Result we cannot print packing lists, which is slightly inconvenient! Everything else prints fine

What was the fix, did you delete the registry key "Printer Setting"?
