Netquotevar:priceprompt

Is it possible to use NETQUOTEVAR:PRICEPROMPT in templates other than Act_ProductPrice? We use this to display an RRP if we sell for less, however we are trying to also use quantity based pricing and I don't want the priceprompt to appear multiple times. I have tried putting NETQUOTEVAR:PRICEPROMPT in Act_Productline but it just displays NETQUOTEVAR:PRICEPROMPT rather than replacing it with the priceprompt.

Why not use the 'Customer Message' on the Prices tab

That will only be displayed once for each product
