Does anyone know what NETQUOTEVAR:FRAGMENTANCHOR does. Because I would like to remove it.
I have found that it results in an anchor tag that does not appear to be closed off. In firefox this reults in the entire fragment becoming underlined when a mouse hovers over it, which is not desireable. I have read posts regarding "netscape" underlining, but the only recommendation so far has been to change the text-decoration for all "<a>" tags, in css to none. I don't like this option because it is not good for the visually impaired.
Removing the NETQUOTEVAR:FRAGMENTANCHOR removes the offending "<A.." tag but I am not sure if it is used elsewhere.
