    Netquotevar:fragmentanchor

Does anyone know what NETQUOTEVAR:FRAGMENTANCHOR does. Because I would like to remove it.

I have found that it results in an anchor tag that does not appear to be closed off. In firefox this reults in the entire fragment becoming underlined when a mouse hovers over it, which is not desireable. I have read posts regarding "netscape" underlining, but the only recommendation so far has been to change the text-decoration for all "<a>" tags, in css to none. I don't like this option because it is not good for the visually impaired.

Removing the NETQUOTEVAR:FRAGMENTANCHOR removes the offending "<A.." tag but I am not sure if it is used elsewhere.

Does anyone have any idea on this?

      Hi there

NETQUOTEVAR:FRAGMENTANCHOR will only appear if used on all fragments. It does not get used on product, they use "NETQUOTEVAR:PRODUCTANCHOR". So if you want, you can safely remove this from the fragment template.

This variable acts like an anchor for fragments. You can search on fragments, so when you click on the relevant link, it will go to that fragment. Also it does get used within the previewpane of Actinic, when you highlight a fragment.

In which case Nadeem I presume I could also add a </A> closer to the end of the fragment?

or better still </a> just because Actinic likes to use upper case tags doesn't mean we have to
