Checkout Information Boxes

Hello All!

I am wondering if it is possible to add custom information boxes on the checkout page. For instance on my checkout page there is the copy asking "How did you find our site?" and then a text input area.

Can I add more of these with custom text or at the very least change the current ones?

that may help.

If you just want to change "How did you find our site?" by something else go in "Design Text" - "Web Site (cont)" - "General information". There you have three fields named "User Definable 1", "User Definable 2" and "User Definable 3". Just put the text you want and check to make them shown on your site.
