Adding information on the Checkout Page

Hello All

On the 'Payment Method' page of the checkout page I would like to add some copy at the bottom that indicates to the customer that when they click on the next button the sale is final and their credit card will be charged.

Is it possible to add this copy to that page somehow?
Is it possible to change that "Next>" button to say something along the lines of "Process Order>"?

Adding text to checkout page:

Advanced Menu | Template Manager | Ordering | Order Phase 2

Next button text - not sure - did you check Design Options | Text?

yes - it's Design | Text - under the Encryption (Java) tab of all places....
