    Actinic/Protx Problem

    Hi

    I'm trying to test my Protx account but when i click 'next' to pay by Protx I get the following;

    A General Script Error Occurred

    Error: Can't locate ax000001.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0 . cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin) at al000001.pm line 4169.

    Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner

    I contacted support at Protx and they have said that it's a problem with the set up of Actinic on my site.

    Any ideas.............................??

    testing proxt on live site

    Sorry this isn't an answer, but a related question:
    I have a site which captures cc details to process offline (downloaded into actinic via ssl). We're ready to move to proxt and everything is set up ready to test. I'm nervous of changing the payment method and disrupting customer transaction.

    Any ideas....

      1. Have both methods available for a changeover period (or forever).
      2. Make the change at a quite time (4am ?)
