HELP!!! -No Shipping Options In Checkout

Can anyone help - I am getting an error message at checkout-

"Select shipping destination - the catalog shipping database does not have any shipping options defined for this location. Please contact us directly with your order"

As we only deal with UK, I followed another thread which advised to delete all but UK destinations in Advanced/ Locations, which I did.

I have selected UK shipment only for Zone/Class

I have selected UK in payment options/ unticked/refreshed/ticked again/uploaded again

Everything seems as it should be. Any ideas on this, as I have had to suspend shopping as no-one can place any orders

Don't know if it's any help, but my site www.zestra-for-women.co.uk is also UK only but I have not configured any 'valid locations' or tried to 'limit by location'. In fact I've left everything pretty much as default. (it helps that I'm using simple shipping and tax options).

Then I've simply said in the text that it is UK only and have made sure that country is not an option in design/text invoice & delivery addresses.

If anyone does try to order then I'll simply cancel the order and send an e-mail to let them know.

If you expect a high number of foreign visitors then just write it in big red letters on the checkout page "U.K ONLY!".
