    Can't upload to web server.

Hi, A colleague of mine has been having a problem with an actinic catalog on a clients pc, we've created the site and sent him a snapshot but can't upload to the web server for some reason, we've checked all the FTP details and they are correct but we are getting the following error:

The test script failed to execute on the web server. The error could be caused by several things. Check the path to the Perl shell, the CGI-BIN URL, and the proxy WWW port.. This error could also occur if your web site is out of disk space or your web server is not configured to accept POSTs to CGI scripts.

We've been using the same FTP details to test the site and we can upload ok but the client can't for some reason, at first we thought it was maybe because of a fire wall but tried disabling that and still got the same error.
Hope is a good thing, Not a bad thing, Maybe the best of things.

    Hi Andrew,

It may be a router issue or they are going through a proxy? Is this the case?
If your client is going through a proxy, make sure in "Advance | Network Setup", in the "Proxy" button, it has got the information in there.

Please could provide us with more information.
